8 PERSONAL PROJECTS
Most of my work starts with people, not AI.
I spend a significant amount of time meeting with teams, understanding how they operate, and identifying the problems that slow them down. I record and document these conversations to capture the business context, decisions, exceptions, and processes that aren't always written down anywhere.
I translate that knowledge into agent harnesses that connect to the company's systems and give AI agents the tools and instructions necessary to perform the work.
The goal is to reduce complex workflows to simple human interactions.
Instead of asking someone to navigate five applications, search for information, and complete a series of manual steps, the agent does the preparation and presents the remaining decision as a question, confirmation, or approval.
I also manage and continuously improve these harnesses as business processes change and new requirements emerge.
My background is in business administration and operations, not computer science. I started building software through AI-assisted development, learning the technical systems while working on problems I wanted to solve.
This website is a collection of that work and the personal projects I've pursued along the way.

I design and maintain AI agent systems used across go-to-market, customer success, finance, and operations.
I want to build a company. I’m still figuring out exactly what that looks like. A lot of my thinking revolves around agent-native software: products where AI handles entire workflows and people focus on the decisions that actually require their judgment. I’m particularly interested in how we design experiences that make powerful technology feel simple, intuitive, and trustworthy.
Beyond building products, I’ve become increasingly interested in making AI accessible to everyone. I worry that as these tools become more capable, the gap between people who understand how to use them and people who don’t will only grow. I don’t think someone’s financial circumstances or educational background should determine whether they get to participate in this shift.
I’d love to help bring hands-on AI education and access to underserved communities, particularly young people who might not otherwise be exposed to these tools.
For now, I’m continuing to build, experiment, meet people, and explore opportunities to turn these interests into something real. Whether that’s a company, a community initiative, or some combination of the two, I want to create things that genuinely improve people’s lives.
